I ordered from Stine Home and didn’t expect it to show up so quickly. I got the shipping email fast, and the package was at my door just a few days later. Everything was packed well, too. Slow shipping can feel so preventable sometimes, so it was nice to have this go smoothly for once. No complaints at all

The site was fine overall, easy to use, but a couple of the items I wanted were out of stock. I ended up having to choose something else instead.

The item itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the box showed up dented and messy. They make it sound like everything will arrive well-packed and taken care of, but that feels a little vague when the packaging shows up looking rough.

The store was clean, so it made walking around and shopping feel easy. The floors looked good and the shelves weren’t dusty, which made the place feel taken care of. The bathroom could have used a little more attention, but overall I had a nice visit.

I placed a special order earlier this month, everything went just fine. They kept things simple, handled it well, and I didn’t run into any issues along the way. By the time it arrived, I felt like the whole process had been easy and stress-free...

The search filters made it super easy to find what I was looking for. I found stuff really fast without having to dig around much...

I had a really good experience at Stine Home. The staff was so friendly, and they helped me find what I needed without making me feel rushed or anything. Everybody I talked to was nice and easygoing. I’d definitely shop here again.

The staff at my local Stine were helpful and friendly, which I appreciated, but the service was slow. I was hoping for a quicker visit, so I left feeling a little disappointed overall.

I really like it, it feels solid and looked really nice when I take it out. Seems like good quality stuff overall.

I was on stinehome.com looking for supplies for a home project and had a few questions before I ordered. To be fair, I wasn’t totally sure what I needed going in, but the staff I spoke with actually knew what they were talking about and explained everything in a way that made sense.
They helped me narrow things down and even caught something I was about to buy that wouldn’t have been right. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy and seemed more focused on getting me the correct stuff than just making a sale. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d use them again.

I used the contractor desk for a job, and it was fine overall. The staff did help me out, but they were kind of hit or miss with the pricing and pickup timing. It wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

I was glad the delivery came right on time, just like they said it would. You don’t always get that, so it was nice to have everything show up with no hassle at all.

Everything it showed as in stock was actually there, which was a nice surprise. No weird out-of-stock mixups or anything...

When my order showed up with one item missing, I was frustrated. I was already in a bit of a cranky mood, so seeing that just made it worse. I reached out to customer service, and the wait for a reply felt a little longer than I would’ve liked.

Once they got back to me, though, they were friendly and actually helpful. They sent out the missing item without making it a hassle, which definitely cooled me down a bit. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they fixed the issue, so I’d give them 4 stars.

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the product details to be a little more accurate. I ordered based on what was listed, and when it arrived, the size and finish seemed a bit different from the page. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not quite what I thought I was getting.

Checkout was smooth. I didn’t run into any issues paying, and the whole thing went by FAST.

I had an issue with something I bought from Stine, so I reached out about the warranty. It did take a couple days to hear back, but once they got to my case, they were helpful and got it sorted without much hassle. I’m not saying the timing was perfect, because it wasn’t, but I also don’t think it was as bad as some people might make it sound. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.
